How to Order:

Step 1: Register an account and become a member and get special offers and discounts

Step 2: Select your products and fill your cart up with high-quality cannabis and top brand name products

Step 3: Review and place your order and patiently wait for 1-2 hours to receive your package.

What are your delivery times?

Highest Farmacy Hours of Operation: 10 AM – 9 PM

ETA: 1-2 hour weed delivery times

Place your order before 9 PM and get it within 1-2 hours.

You will receive a call from our driver when they are 15 minutes away. Keep an eye on your phone so you don’t miss the call.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, $50 is the minimum order amount. The delivery charge is $10 for orders between $50-70.  Orders above $70 receive free delivery

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order after it has been placed.  If you need assistance, please contact support at support@highestfarmacy.com or call our number at (437)213-7996 and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I pay by EMT?

What happens after I send my E-transfer?

Our staff will process your E-transfer (EMT) as soon as we receive it. Once your EMT is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and we will package your order and have it sent off with one of our drivers.

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery. Please have the exact change because our drivers do not carry change on them for security reasons.

Do you take credit cards?

No, we do not take credit cards at this time. We only take cash and e-Transfers.

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders over $70, and $10 for orders under $70.

How long does delivery take?

Same-Day weed delivery times can vary anywhere from 1-2hrs, this is based on traffic and the amount of orders drivers are currently doing. We will work hard to ensure we meet this 1-2hrs time frame!

Can I pick up my package?

Yes, currently our pickup location is in downtown Toronto, Ontario at 222 Spadina Avenue, M5T 3B3

What happens if I didn't receive my package?

If you did not receive your order, contact support and we’ll help you fix any issues.

Is there anything I need at the time of delivery?

If you are a first-time customer with our local weed delivery service, please have a valid photo ID ready that matches the name on the invoice. This is to ensure we deliver to the correct person and they are of legal age.

What are rewards points?
How do I earn rewards points?

You can earn points by making purchases. Each dollar spent will earn you 1 reward point.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed by emailing or calling and letting us know you want to redeem your points for a specific reward.

Can I redeem loyalty point if I order by phone?

Yes, you can redeem points by phone as long as you have a Highest Farmacy account

Is there a first-time buyer promotion?

Yes, first-time buyers get 20% off their first orders. Simply enter the code: NEW20 during checkout and it will be applied! (Does not apply to sale items)

How do I use coupon codes and promos?

Coupon codes can be entered at the cart page.  If your coupon worked, you will see it added to your invoice.

Refund policy

We do not accept and returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email support@highestfarmacy.com or call (437)213-7996 as soon as possible and we will help find the best solution for you!

What do I do if there is an error in my order?

If you have a defective, missing, or wrong product, please contact support and we will help resolve any issues for you.
