The outsourced delivery is a complete headache.
The driver didn’t deliver my order and there was no channel of communication between me and the driver. There’s no possibility of communication pre/post delivery. Not even HF can reach out to these “outsourced drivers” which is baffling from a logistics standpoint, now I have to wait an extra 2-3 hours for my order.
I do have to commend the phone customer care rep I spoke with. She did an amazing job handling the situation and was more than helpful. As for the outsourced delivery, never again❌❌
I prefer the in-house delivery they run, more reliable deliveries with sufficient communication.
